Welcome. I’m Lynley and I am a qualified holistic wellness coach and life coach based in Marlborough, New Zealand.

As life would have it just after I had completed my study I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer.

This diagnosis made me reflect deeply on all that I had learned and how I could use the knowledge I had gained to make improvements to my life. I took a proactive role and made changes that helped empower my thinking, increase my energy and let me live more in line with my true passions and purpose.

C S Lewis quoted – “Hardship often prepares ordinary people for an extraordinary destiny“. I truly believe that we can find our greatest strengths in times of hardship.

During my treatments I focused on the positive as much as possible and found gratitude for the wonderful things in my life. I learnt such a lot about what worked for me and what didn’t. This knowledge became the basis of my Discover Wellness Program. I was so grateful to have had the coaching tools and skills to help me through the tough times. I now know how important finding a fresh perspective during challenging times is and I also learnt the importance of self- love and stress management which feature strongly in my program.

My passion now lies in helping women achieve a sense of wellness and to be focused on their wellbeing.
